I recently purchased a vehicle from Quality Pontiac and had a very smooth and friendly experience. The salesman was very helpful as I was interested in two different vehicles. He pointed out various aspects of each one that would be best for me and simply helped me make a good decision. The buying procedure was not long and drawn out like it has been for me at other dealerships in the past. I would definitely recommend them and found the entire process to be great. Hi, My name is Felicia Davis and I just want to say how wonderful an experience I've had with Quality Pontiac. From the very beginning, Brian has been extremely helpful, patient, and kind. I was driving a 92 Honda Accord and it was on it's last leg; Brian got me into a 2009 Hhr with a very reasonable note and a small down payment. After having the car for about two weeks, he called to tell me that my car note would be reduced as he'd negotiated a lower interest rate for me. I was floored and thoroughly impressed and satisfied. I cannot submit this comment without adding that Andrae was both kind and professional throughout the entire experience. He kept in touch with me to make sure that all of my questions had been answered. He also followed up with me a week after I'd picked up the car to ask how everything was going. If you want a nice car and excellent service, call Brian and Andrae at Quality Pontiac!!!! Oh and one more thing...I will also be taking my car to their garage for oil changes and any repairs I might need on my car; Brian got me a deal there too!!! Thank you Quality Pontiac!!!
